Use of Services:

Our services allow photographers to upload their photos, manage their orders, and share their work with clients. We strive to provide the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee that our website and services will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, without prior notice.

Data Uploads:

By using our services, you understand that any data you upload onto the internet, including but not limited to photos, may be subject to data loss, damage, or unauthorized access. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its safety or security. You agree to use our services at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your data.

Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Dasgra and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Dasgra or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.

Unauthorized/Illegal Uses

We reserve the right of blocking your user account immediately if we believe that you are trying to abuse the license term or our business in any way. If you create an account on the Dasgra website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify Dasgra of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Support

Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support via the contact form and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We will try to provide a solution via email for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core product. Theme and plugin support is offered to customers via email only. Support requests made by Tweet, Facebook comment or any other method in most cases will be redirected back to the contact form. If your support requires additional modification of the product then you have two options: Wait for further development of the product. Or Consult to hire us.

Anti-fraud

Free downloads are available after signing in. However, all of our customer purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchases. Customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for 24 hours, also it can be suspended for a longer term for more investigations.

Price Changes

Dasgra reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any product (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Refunds

We have a customer friendly 7-day refund policy. But you can not ask for a refund claiming a feature that your purchased product does not include.

Warranty

Dasgra products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided products. These require you own or purchase from their respective owners. The images/videos we show in the demo versions of our products are totally for demonstration purpose, you are not allowed to use them in production sites. Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.

Lifetime License

The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Product. It does not mean the buyer’s lifetime or any other assumption of the term. The product lifetime is not defined at the time of purchase. Dasgra reserves the right to announce the end of Lifetime of a product any time within 30 and 90 days prior notice to the Customer.
